Coaching and educational disclaimer

TRUEDEN consultations, courses and materials are for educational and personal-growth purposes only. They are not counseling, psychotherapy, medical care, or financial or legal advice, and they do not diagnose or treat any condition. Participation does not create a therapist-client or provider-patient relationship. You are responsible for your own choices and results. If you need clinical, medical, financial or legal help, please consult a licensed professional.

Consultation payment and cancellation agreement

By purchasing Self-Care Mastery Consultation, I agree that:

  1. TRUEDEN will keep my payment card securely on file.
  2. My card will be charged $125 on the morning of each scheduled session.
  3. I will give at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a session.
  4. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice, or missed without notice, will be charged in full.
  5. I may update my card or end this agreement at any time by contacting Marsha in writing. Ending the agreement does not cancel charges for sessions already held or late-cancelled.

Refund policy

  • Consultation sessions: Completed and late-cancelled sessions are non-refundable.
  • Courses: All sales are final. Download your certificates before your 12-month course access ends.
  • Monthly group pass cancellation: You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.
