Intake Screening and Crisis Resources

Self-Care Mastery consultations and coursework are designed for individuals who are not currently experiencing a mental health crisis. To ensure a safe, supportive, and beneficial experience, each participant is asked to complete a brief intake screening. This helps us determine whether the program is appropriate for your current needs and circumstances, while honoring our commitment to promoting personal well-being and preventing further harm.
